SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Once the payment is received in full, the jewellery purchased at www.rnarayanjewellers.com is considered as an order.
For any jewellery product our standard delivery time is 10-15 days. This delivery time is taken under normal working conditions and can be longer in case of unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified in case of any changes in the delivery or ETA.
For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to you to request an identity proof of the person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics company will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
We ship all our jewellery products through luxury logistics services and all our shipments are insured. As soon as your order is dispatched, our team will reach out to you through whatsapp and/or email to update you with the tracking link of the shipment. In the case of any queries related to shipping, you can get in touch with us on and we would be happy to assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
At R Narayan Jewellers we make every attempt to ensure that all our jewellery are accurately displayed on the website. However, photographs that are displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Information on the website regarding size of products is mentioned and to be referred to as a guide only. Some variations between the photograph of a product and the actual product may occur due to:
- Technical restrictions of color reproduction or photo quality on different computer or mobile devices. We cannot guarantee computer monitors or mobile devices will accurately display the true color or other specifics related to the product you are purchasing and we will not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of our products displayed on our website.

All our jewellery is handcrafted by artisans using techniques which are traditional & modern and cannot be replicated precisely to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.
We will be more than happy to walk you through all details of the product including the measurements and scale of all products before you place an order. Once purchased, do note that sale on www.rnarayanjewellers.com are final.
RETURNS
- If due to some reason in case you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will arrange to take the product back from you and organise for a refund. Please note that we will deduct maximum of upto 10% on the invoice value in lieu of handling, insurance and luxury logistics costs that we incur. To be eligible for a return, you will need to write to us within 24 hours of receiving the product about your decision to return and any relevant images need to be attached with the same.
- We will respond to your query and will arrange for a pickup of the said product. Please note it has to be in its original condition and secure packaging. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect the product and if it meets all return guidelines and is found in its original condition, we shall initiate the refund.
- In case the product does not meet the above return guidelines, we have the right to deny a return request. Please write to us at info@rnarayanjewellers.com and we will assist you through the return process.
DAMAGES
- In an event of defects or damages caused to your product, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the concerned issue. Our aim is to respond back right away to remedy the situation and a replacement order of the same product shall be placed instead. We then arrange for a pickup for the damaged product to be sent to us. It has to be in its original condition and secure packaging.
EXCHANGES
