FAQ’s

1. What is your standard dispatch time?
Our standard delivery time is 7 to 8 days unless otherwise specified.
Please note, actual delivery time can vary due to circumstances beyond our control in which case we will inform you as soon as we have the information.

2. How long will my order take to reach me?
Our standard delivery time is 14-21 days. Tracking details & links will be shared once your product is dispatched via email.

3. What shipping / courier delivery services do you use?
We use Sequel Global Courier partners for shipping all our products . They are a well renowned name in shipping of luxurious & valuable artifacts/products. All products once shipped will be tracked to ensure a safe and quick delivery. 


4. Are all the shipments insured?
Yes all our shipments are insured and we keep you updated at every step pf the way.

5. Are there any additional charges or taxes involved that we will have to pay?
Shipping of all products varies on value of the product & the city it is being sent. Below we have shared a chart which shares prices based on value and distance of travel. This will be incorporated once you add a pin code to the delivery address.
An additional charge of GST 3% is applicable when you checkout.


6. How do I edit my shipping address?
To edit your email address you can email us at info@rnarayanjewellers.com
Please note that a change in delivery address may result in a change in delivery date and time of the chosen product.

7. How can I track the status of my order?
All tracking and delivery details will be shared via email with you. If for any reason you are still having difficulties tracking the status of your product, please feel free to reach out to us via email on info@rnarayanjewellers.com

8. I would like to know about returns & refunds?
If you are unhappy with your online purchase at R Narayan Jewellers, we will arrange to take the product back and organize for a partial refund for you.
The refund value will be 85% of your total invoice value. Please note that we will deduct 15% on the invoice value in lieu of handling, insurance and luxury logistics costs incurred.
To be eligible, you will need to write to us at info@rnarayanjewellers.com mail address within 24 hours of receipt of the product about your decision to return and images attached if relevant to your case.
Once we respond to your query, we will arrange for a pickup of the product. It has to be in its original condition and secure packaging. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect the same and if it meets all return guidelines and is found in its original condition, we shall initiate the refund.

Should the returned product not meet the above return guidelines, we have the right to deny a return request.

We have the right to refuse excessive or unreasonable return requests.

9. I would like to exchange my product?

Products can be exchanged at 70% of the invoice value for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Kindly contact us at via email at info@rnarayanjewellers.com and we shall review your request.

10. What is the return policy for customized or personalized designs?

As a policy we do not accept returns on customized or personalized designs. In case you would like to return, you can get in touch with us on (phone number) or email us at info@rnarayanjewellers.com and we will review your request and get back to you.

11. My piece arrived damaged, what do I do?

In the event a damaged or defective piece arrives at your doorstep, please email us at info@rnarayanjewellers.com within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue.

Our team will respond back right away to help remedy the situation and a replacement order of the same design shall be placed. We will then arrange for a pickup of the damaged product to be sent to us. It has to be in its original condition and secure packaging.

12. I broke/damaged my jewelry while using, can you help?

In the event of any breakage or damage caused by use or natural wear and tear, please email us at info@rnarayanjewellers.com along with photographs of the product explaining the issue. Our team will reach to you soon to help remedy the situation and offer our assistance in the most suitable fashion that works for you. This may involve additional charges.

13. What is your return policy for customized & personalized designs?
